We retain client data while an active service relationship exists and for up to 6 years afterwards where required for accounting, legal or regulatory purposes.

ConnectBoards Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by ConnectBoards Ltd.
By purchasing ConnectBoards hardware or subscribing to the ConnectBoards service you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
ConnectBoards provides technology that connects property boards to online property listings using QR or NFC interactions. The service includes link routing, analytics reporting and link management.
2. Hardware
ConnectBoards may supply physical boards that allow access to the service.
• Boards must be paid for before production begins
• Hardware purchases are non-refundable once production has started
• Clients are responsible for installing boards unless installation is provided as part of a pilot arrangement
• ConnectBoards is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation
3. Subscription Plans
Access to link routing, reporting and link management is provided through monthly subscription plans.
Available plans include:
Starter – up to 5 boards
Growth – up to 10 boards
Pro – unlimited boards
Subscriptions begin once boards are activated.
4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension of the service.
5. Fair Use
Some subscription plans may include “unlimited” features.
These features are intended for normal operational use by estate agency branches.
ConnectBoards reserves the right to review or limit usage that is excessive, abusive or outside reasonable commercial use of the service.
6. Acceptable Use
Clients must not use ConnectBoards to:
• Link to illegal or harmful content
• Promote fraudulent or misleading listings
• Breach applicable advertising or property regulations
ConnectBoards reserves the right to suspend services where misuse occurs.
7. Service Availability
ConnectBoards relies on third-party infrastructure and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or external service providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectBoards Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Total liability relating to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the previous three months.
9. Changes to Service
ConnectBoards may update features or pricing over time. Clients will be notified where significant changes affect their service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
